We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and fun individuals to join our small team at Cornerstone Learning CIC

​

Role Overview

You will support young children aged 3–7 to work towards their individual goals through play-based learning. This includes supporting communication, emotional regulation, and early learning skills to help each child reach their full potential—whether they attend for six weeks or six months.

You may be supporting children one-to-one or in a small group, encouraging participation in the activities we have to offer in a calm and nurturing setting.

You will receive full training in evidence-based strategies and trauma-informed practice, giving you the opportunitiy to develop your skills and confidence in working with a range of children with additional needs.

Ideal Experience

• Early years or school experience

• Experience supporting children with SEND (desirable but not essential)

Hours: 9am–3pm
Days: Tuesdays and Fridays with the possibility to increase (Term time only, but optional work in our holiday club)
Salary: Dependant on experience
Location: Farnborough GU14
Start Date: As soon as possible
Requirements: Two satisfactory references and a clear enhanced DBS check
